Scope
This page describes how RentaProxy handles personal information when you use rentaproxy.online. It is a short storefront policy, not a claim of certification or a registered office address.
Information we collect
- Email address, collected on Stripe Checkout and used to send proxy credentials and a magic link to your account page.
- Payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account and subscription records needed to run the service (active allocations, billing period status).
- Product analytics via PostHog: page views, events such as checkout started or purchase, and session recordings with form inputs masked.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfill orders, email credentials, let you manage billing, and operate the storefront. We do not sell your personal information.
Processors
- Stripe processes payments and the customer billing portal.
- PostHog provides product analytics.
- Email is sent through our email provider when that integration is configured.
